Looking to purchase a P.C. here in the near future, and was wondering what y'all use and or suggest. I want something that will be light but durable, i don't want to get all "super fancy and ultra tactical", but something that will do what it is designed to do.

I recommend trying them on. Life and Liberty Gear would be a good place to start. Try on different carriers and different plates. Double curves tend to be the most comfortable IMO

A Plate Carrier will end up being a big investment both financially & the protection it can offer once you choose which plates you want to use (figure this out before you buy the carrier). I highly recommend you do some research online (this is a good start), watch some video reviews, & then go over to Life & Liberty in Centennial or Black Forrest Tactical in Co Springs to try some different configurations on.

I know black forest has good pricing and good gear to meet your budget as well.

I currently have 2 carriers myself. An skd spec Paraclete sohpc in multicam and a jpc in ranger green that I'm going to make into a gray man PC.
